Job Description: • Lead the creation, documentation, and ongoing refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient execution of GRC processes. • Develop and execute a long-term GRC policy and standards management strategy in alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer-facing and internal services. • Leverage tools like Power BI to design and publish dashboards that provide visibility into SLA performance, process efficiency, and key metrics. • Engage with GRC stakeholders to understand workflows and data needs. • Assess the maturity of current processes and suggest/facilitate improvements to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and cybersecurity outcomes. Requirements: • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 10 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 7 years experience. • 7+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, process improvement, or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Experience in developing, documenting, and managing standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and related process documentation. • Work experience must include Information Technology, digital policy management, digital governance, cybersecurity, or a related discipline. • Experience in tools such as Power BI or similar analytics platforms for reporting and dashboard creation.
