Security Clearance: None/Not Required Raytheon has an opening for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the oneRTX Process and Systems Transformation (PST) project. PST is an RTX-wide business transformation initiative which includes migration from SAP R/3 to S/4 HANA. The project has four business process workstreams: Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Deliver, Source-to-Pay and Record-to-Report. This position will travel 20% to 30%. Position Overview: Are you interested in playing a key role in defining the future of Aerospace and Defense? If so, we are hiring an analyst that will work on activities for Opportunity to Cash (OTC) workstream. The OTC workstream is a comprehensive end-to-end process that handles the complete cycle of order management, from receiving request for proposals to finalizing the payment and close out. This position will support RTX Transformation Management Office (TMO) for all O2C design activities and support the Raytheon O2C team through the blueprinting activities and implementation. Responsibilities will include identifying current state business pain points to develop process improvements for future state. This position will also partner with subject matter experts within Opportunity-to-Cash including Legal, Contracts & Compliance (LCC), Sales & Business Development, General Business Management, Finance, Digital and across Pratt, Collins and RTX to drive common solutions.
