The Raytheon Program Manager Development (PMD) team is seeking a Program Manager Community Development Lead (Manager, General Management) to create and execute initiatives that enhance our Program Manager (PM) Community within the Performance Excellence team. The team is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top program management talent that enables successful program execution across the Raytheon business. The successful candidate will build authentic connections that unite stakeholders, recognize evolving community needs, and develop impactful solutions, with a strong passion for making the Program Management (PM) Community at Raytheon best-in-class. What You Will Do Play a key role in developing the program management community at Raytheon through current and future initiatives Manage multiple development projects, including schedule management, event coordination, leader engagement, etc Assess current offerings relative to organizational needs and drive the creation of new programs or enhancements to existing ones Execute planning, coordination, and delivery of experiential, mentoring, and coaching programs to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation Travel, up to 20%, to participate in domestic business engagements What You Will Learn Gain exposure and visibility across the company to executive and senior leadership; allowing you to hone your executive presence and presentation skills Develop a broad and deep understanding of Raytheon’s Program Manager Development initiatives Take the next step in your career by joining a passionate, collaborative, high-performing, and driven by purpose team Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a university degree in a related field and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years relevant experience Experience leading initiatives while engaging with cross-functional teams and various levels of stakeholders Experience managing programs/projects (planning to execution) Qualifications We Prefer Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders Experience planning and leading events, such as workshops, forums, or training sessions Experience with organizational culture and/or organizational effectiveness initiatives Experience in program management or strong knowledge of program management concepts What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
