Reporting to the Senior Manager of Non-Product Supply Chain Contracts, this role is a strategic partner within the Non-Product Supply Chain organization. This position coordinates with business partners on supply chain contract matters, manages and assists in management of a complex portfolio of supplier contracts, regularly conducts contracts and terms and conditions negotiations and legal analysis, communicates with supply chain leadership, to develop, implement, and achieve short- and long-term business objectives. What You Will Do: Drafts, generates, interprets and manages large and complex supply chain contract documents, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules and requests, to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives. Conducts contract negotiation, contract administration, and supply chain contract activities to ensure contract execution and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Reviews contractual terms and conditions for acceptability, assesses risk, provides legal advice, prepares legal documentation, and maintains historical records. Directs analysis and prepares reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters. Manages small- to medium-sized projects and briefs management on contract status, risk mitigation, and contingency plans. Supports the Supply Chain Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Center of Excellence by drafting, reviewing, and management of non-disclosure agreements to protect company information and intellectual property. Supports tracking of key functional metrics to improve effectiveness. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
