The Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wireless-guided (TOW) Weapon System in the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit has an immediate opening for a Financial Program Controls Analyst (P3). This position provides growth opportunity for an ambitious individual to partner with the program leadership team, which includes Program Managers, functional partners, and technical leads. The Financial Analyst will have a key role in the execution and Estimate at Completion (EAC) development of large production contract(s). You will be providing critical financial oversight, guidance, and reporting, in addition to providing insightful analysis to the program and finance stakeholders. This position will interact/collaborate with various internal customers and levels of management, as well as external customers. What You Will Do Provide critical financial oversight and guidance for the contracts they maintain Partnership with Program Management and cross functional leads to support program execution Prepare program financial forecasts, monitor financial metrics and actual costs, and analyze data to identify and explain variances Coordinate and support the development of Estimates at Completion (EACs) on a quarterly basis including costs, risks and opportunities Contribute to cross-functional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisions Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s and 5 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree in a related field and 3 years prior relevant experience Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, etc.), Word and/or PowerPoint U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories). The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
