We are seeking a seasoned Contracts professional with deep expertise in contracts administration and U.S. Government to support FAR Part 15 direct and prime contract pursuits and execution. In this high-visibility role, you will lead complex negotiations, interpret and structure sophisticated contractual agreements, and serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders — ensuring every contract reflects sound business judgment, regulatory compliance, and long-term value. You’ll operate at the intersection of business strategy, legal rigor, and customer engagement — managing the full contract lifecycle from proposal development and FAR 15 negotiations through award, administration, and closeout. With exposure to FAR/DFARS requirements, ITAR/EAR considerations, and enterprise systems such as SAP, this role offers the opportunity to influence outcomes on critical U.S. Government programs while mentoring others and enhancing departmental processes. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
