We are seeking a seasoned Contracts professional with deep expertise in contracts administration and U.S. Government to support FAR Part 15 direct and prime contract pursuits and execution. In this high-visibility role, you will lead complex negotiations, interpret and structure sophisticated contractual agreements, and serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders — ensuring every contract reflects sound business judgment, regulatory compliance, and long-term value. You’ll operate at the intersection of business strategy, legal rigor, and customer engagement — managing the full contract lifecycle from proposal development and FAR 15 negotiations through award, administration, and closeout. With exposure to FAR/DFARS requirements, ITAR/EAR considerations, and enterprise systems such as SAP, this role offers the opportunity to influence outcomes on critical U.S. Government programs while mentoring others and enhancing departmental processes. This position is remote, with preference given to candidates located within commuting distance of Windsor Locks, CT. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
