Full Description

Job Description: • Execute planning, coordination, and delivery of experiential, mentoring, and coaching programs • Lead end-to-end project management initiatives within the PM Development portfolio • Own and maintain master program trackers, calendars, rosters, templates, and communications • Manage volunteer interest pipelines to ensure adequate resourcing and alignment with program needs • Drive continuous improvement by benchmarking against industry best practices • Provide ad-hoc operational support, as needed, including assistance in scheduling, logistics, event coordination, and follow-up activities • Travel, up to 20%, to participate in domestic business engagements Requirements: • Typically requires a university degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience • or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum of 3 years relevant experience • Experience supporting cross-functional teams or stakeholders • Experience leading project initiatives • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept through adoption • Knowledge of project management best practices • High-level of emotional intelligence and learning agility • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources • Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) Apprentice and/or Champion Level Certificate Benefits: • medical • dental • vision • life insurance • short-term disability • long-term disability • 401(k) match • flexible spending accounts • flexible work schedules • employee assistance program • Employee Scholar Program • parental leave • paid time off • holidays
