The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: Role Overview: The Workforce and Supplier Management role will support the optimization of Classified Digital Services labor productivity, maintain visibility of labor costs, support employee training needs and help CDS services align the right skills and clearances to the right locations. The role will also coordinate and cultivate relationships with suppliers in pursuit of optimal sourcing arrangements that offer best value products and professional services to the organization. These roles have a symbiotic relationship as the supplier base helps augment the delivery of services from both a labor and design quality perspective. What You Will Do: Workforce & Talent Management • Track staffing plans from new hire to attrition and support CDS leadership while partnering closely with Human Resources • Manage a view of skills and clearances in alignment with service delivery and project execution needs. • Act as the focal point for all skills and training identification, including managing training service licenses. • Work collaboratively with the extended leadership team to maintain headcount plans and accurate labor related financial forecasts. Supplier Management • Manage relationships between CDS and major suppliers, supporting contract negotiations and vendor selection with Enterprise Services Partnerships and RTX Supply Chain. • Assist the Service Strategy and Design organization in selecting the right products and service providers. • Monitor and report supplier performance in collaboration with Service Management and Portfolio Management organizations. • Conduct quarterly supplier reviews. • Oversee procurement and invoicing associated with major suppliers to align with the Annual Operating Plan. Qualifications You Must Have: • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience. • 5+ years in workforce management, supply chain, or IT operations. • Experience in relationship management, project coordination, data analysis skills, communication, and familiarity with IT services/software licensing. • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
