The PF&C Scheduler is an experienced individual contributor who works as an analyst, interacting with all elements of Collins Aerospace Mission Systems, including Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts and Operations. What You Will Do: Provide effective planning and control on one of the largest and most complex development programs in Mission Systems Develop and maintain program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value / project management purposes Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Works closely with multiple schedulers to roll updates into one Master schedule Tracks plans and schedules, solicits regular updates, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and communication skills Interact with Control Account Managers (CAMs)/Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS Participate in the development of proposals including the creation of interim schedules and providing advice for the creation of Basis of Estimate documents Conduct thorough critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS Create and analyze schedule risk assessment (SRA) results Provide required and requested schedule-related reports to Program Management including highlights of schedule-related issues affecting program execution and recommendations for mitigation Support monthly Program Reviews, quarterly EACs, and monthly IPMDAR reporting Support ongoing compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process) Ensure the proper implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes, tools, reports out on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process) Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience in finance or related business role U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Ability to obtain US DoD Security Clearance (US citizenship required) Advanced with Microsoft Project Experience with Earned Value Concepts preferred Ability to travel up to 10% Qualifications We Prefer: Experience with SSI Tools for Microsoft Project & understanding of cross project linking Understanding of corporate Programs Finance & Controls Proven experience presenting to large groups and leadership *Please ensure the role type (defined below) is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
