Manage supplier interactions, procurements, and contractual agreements to meet program requirements.
Experience with DoD procurement, FAR/DFAR, ITAR, and supplier management, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Description: • Leading Supplier interaction and collaboration with the Raytheon Program Teams to manage a variety of procurements including but not limited to build-to-print, performance specifications, Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs), for medium/high complexity CCA & PWB commodities. • Selecting qualified suppliers and seeking alternate suppliers (when applicable) • Developing and managing RFI and RFQs • Preparing POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives and Raytheon work instructions. • Post-award management of POs in accordance with company directives and Raytheon work instructions • Managing Suppliers to meet Program requirements with the desired quality and delivery. • Preparing and executing various types of agreements, such as: PIAs, Long Term Agreements, Bailment, etc. • Minimal travel Requirements: • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience. • Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export requirements • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
