Job Description: • Manage overall inter-organizational transfer procurement for multiple complex products and purchase orders • Oversee and administer specifications and Statements of Work • Administer purchase orders and develop supplier relationships • Escalate issues through RMD and IOT Partner leadership teams • Interface with internal and external stakeholders on existing and new contracts • Develop, implement, and maintain supplier product execution and delivery schedules • Communicate status, challenges, actions, owners, and needs within Raytheon and supplier organizations • Drive closure of Raytheon-owned and supplier-owned actions • Build relationships with supplier counterparts and executives to improve supplier performance and align execution with business priorities • Discuss material, technical, and resource challenges using manufacturing experience • Attend internal and external Zoom meetings with camera capability • Travel approximately 10-20% of the time • Support programs across multiple Mission Areas Requirements: • University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations • Ability to perform duties with minimal oversight • Ability to understand organizational goals, create plans, and determine tactical tasks • Ability to travel 25-50% domestically • Leadership experience in Program Management, Commodity Management, Supplier Performance Management, and/or Procurement • Experience and familiarity with FAR/DFAR requirements • Ability to influence across a matrix organization • Experience developing suppliers and improving supplier performance and affordability • Demonstrated experience in the Electronic Commodity • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Communication, team-building, conflict-resolution, and relationship-management skills • Ability to lead and present executive-level reviews and briefings • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Benefits: • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Life insurance • Short-term disability • Long-term disability • 401(k) match • Flexible spending accounts • Flexible work schedules • Employee assistance program • Employee Scholar Program • Parental leave • Paid time off • Holidays • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be available • Remote work primarily offsite from home
