Job Description: • The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for designing engaging, user-centered learning experiences to support business transformation and the rollout of SAP S/4HANA across the enterprise. • This role will do initial design and provide governance for the creation of learning content to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with overall program objectives. • Design end-to-end user learning journeys that blend virtual learning sessions, self-paced learning, and hands-on practice to support effective system adoption. • Partner closely with the PST Learning Lead, third-party and offshore content developers, Business Unit content developers, Training Delivery Lead, WalkMe developers, change management professionals, and other subject matter experts. • Collaborate with third-party, offshore, and Business Unit content developers to ensure consistent design standards and quality across all learning assets. Requirements: • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in instructional design or learning experience design • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Learning Experience Design, Change Management, or a related field or equivalent work related experience and schooling in lieu of degree • Experience providing participation or governance across multiple workstreams • Demonstrated experience leading learning design efforts for large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA • Proven experience designing self-paced eLearning, virtual instructor-led learning, and hands-on practice experiences, including simulations and knowledge checks • Experience working with digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, SAP Enable Now) • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, learning experience design methodologies, and performance-based learning approaches • Ability to design learning experiences for audiences and roles, ensuring accessibility, relevance, and effectiveness across Business Units • Proficiency with eLearning and multimedia authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate • Experience working with matrixed or distributed teams, including third-party, offshore, and Business Unit based content developers.
