Join the Raytheon legal team as a Lead Legal Entity Coordinator, with the opportunity to support an international portfolio of entities and to solve some of the world’s most challenging and complex problems. The Lead Legal Entity Coordinator will report to the Director (Senior Attorney), Governance & Functional and will provide support to multiple leaders. The Lead Legal Entity Coordinator will be responsible for delivering timely, relevant, and pragmatic legal, business, and strategic advice to programs and functional teams to help achieve their objectives. Critical to this role is the candidate’s ability to quickly establish and maintain trust and foster positive relationships with key business and legal leaders. What You Will Do Create and adhere to compliance calendars for each legal entity and track legal requirements by the applicable regulators for those legal entities Ensuring legal entities are operating in compliance with their governing legal documents and are in compliance with local law Manage the team at our registered agent who supports the compliance requirements of our U.S. legal entities and who provides apostille and legalization services required to authenticate legal documents such as powers of attorney Coordinate various governance documents for each entity, track and manage the process and effectively message up with internal and external clients to timely receive required signatures to ensure governance compliance Support Corporate Treasury in the maintenance of authorized banking authorities for each bank account for each legal entity that we manage globally Support U.S. and foreign legal entity dissolutions including drafting and reviewing related documents, researching requirements and drafting executive summaries Create and maintain family tree or wire diagram charts of Raytheon’s legal entities Various other research and drafting actions related to entity compliance Sporadic travel (5%) may be required Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires AA/AS degree (or other 2 year-post high school training) with minimum 10 years of paralegal experience. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
