The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Strategy & Transformation team: CORE is the Raytheon Technologies (RTX) operating system built upon the legacy of Lean and 6Sigma practices and is fundamental to how the company executes all business objectives. The new CORE operating system unifies business units and functions across the company with a common language and methodology. The CORE Director will be accountable for implementation and continuous improvement of RTX CORE across Enterprise Services (e.g., including goal alignment, leading the cross-domain CORE Embedded Lead network, and facilitating ES CORE engagements / leadership weeks). What You Will Do: • Develop enterprise strategy to mature the CORE operating systems with alignment from all of the Enterprise Services Domains through maturity in our tools, processes, organizational structures, and competencies across the organization • Lead the Enterprise CORE Team to facilitate the necessary events/activities to deliver value to internal customers. • Partner with RTX on CORE strategy and execution as well as represent Enterprise Services on the RTX CORE Council • Execute the implementation of the CORE Operating System across Enterprise Services domains and functions • Partner with domains and functions to improve execution and drive business results in their organizations • Lead the Enterprise Services CORE Council, which is responsible for the flow down to domains, best practice sharing, and strategy alignment and tracking. • Facilitate senior leadership level Goal Alignment and cadence review events • Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% of the time (international and domestic) • Partner with HR to enhance talent strategy and development for CORE Embedded Lead role across Enterprise Services • Support overall ES Operating Model work through usage of CORE tools Qualifications You Must Have: • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
