The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Services Applications team at RTX Corporation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and deploying enterprise solutions that align with our customers' needs and business objectives. Your expertise will help drive innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation for our stakeholders. What You Will Do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and end-users, to gather and analyze business requirements. Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions that align with enterprise strategies and objectives. Develop detailed functional and technical specifications to guide application development and deployment. Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise solutions, ensuring optimal integration with existing systems. Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project goals. Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user stories, test cases, and training materials. Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of enterprise solutions. Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation. Provide end-user support and training as needed to ensure successful adoption of enterprise solutions. Utilize the RTX CORE framework, method, and tools. Travel possible, up to 10%. Qualification You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or Business Information Systems and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience. 3+ years demonstrated experience working in a digital role as a business analyst supporting enterprise solutions. Experience with requirements elicitation techniques, including interviews, workshops, and data analysis. Proficiency in creating process diagrams, use cases, and business requirements documentation with strong knowledge of digital business processes, enterprise applications, and system development life cycles. Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, or cloud-based solutions. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience working in the aerospace or defense industry. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence. Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), SAFe, Six Sigma, RTX CORE. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and hands-on experience with data visualization tools or reporting platforms. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
