Partner with client groups to execute talent strategy and support talent reviews, succession planning, and development.
Requires 10-12 years HR experience, preferably in Talent Management or HR Business Partner roles within large, complex organizations.
Job Description: • Partner with client groups to define and execute talent strategy • Ensure talent visibility, share opportunities, and coordinate talent slating • Prepare, support, and enable talent reviews, segmentation, and succession planning • Support high-potential and top-talent identification, development, and pipeline visibility • Prepare materials and insights for Collins and RTX talent councils • Support critical roles and talent work and risk mitigation • Serve as process steward for PI, IDP, mentorship, development, and enterprise tools • Partner with HRBPs to activate critical talent actions • Provide feedback on talent management processes, technology, and tools • Serve as the single point of contact for talent inquiries and triage Talent COE services • Understand business needs and escalate appropriately when needed • Coach HRBPs on basic organizational effectiveness tools and vendors • Support preparation for simple team sessions and facilitate limited interventions, assessments, and SDI • Travel as needed, up to 20% Requirements: • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience • Experience in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner and/or in Talent Management • Experience communicating with senior leaders and executive stakeholders • Experience working in large, complex, global organizational environments • Ability to travel up to 20% • Aerospace and Defense Industry experience is preferred • Experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Management Partner within a matrixed organization is preferred • Previous HR experience supporting an Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality client group is preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • No security clearance required Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees • Generous 401(k) plan with employer matching funds and separate employer retirement contribution • Lifetime Income Strategy option • Tuition reimbursement program • Student Loan Repayment Program • Life insurance and disability coverage • Optional pet insurance, home and auto insurance, additional life and accident insurance, critical illness insurance, group legal, and ID theft protection • Birth, adoption, and parental leave benefits • Ovia Health, fertility, and family planning • Adoption Assistance • Autism Benefit • Employee Assistance Plan, including up to 10 free counseling sessions • Healthy You Incentives wellness rewards program • Doctor on Demand virtual doctor visits • Bright Horizons child and elder care services • Teladoc Medical Experts second opinion program • Flexible work schedules • Flexible spending accounts • Employee Scholar Program • Paid time off and holidays • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be available; payments are not guaranteed
