The Raytheon Requirements and Capabilities (R&C) Investments & Customer Excellence team is hiring a Customer and Strategic Marketing lead. This leadership role is responsible for defining, governing, and the R&C strategic approach to customer marketing. The Associate Director owns the end-to-end customer marketing strategy, while directly leading analytical efforts for near real time analysis of environment dynamics, customer behaviors and customer budgets that impact the Raytheon bookings pipeline. Operating within the Raytheon R&C Investments & Customer Excellence (I&CE) team, the Associate Director ensures that the insights and analysis of customer investment behaviors are translated across the key pillars of I&CE - Customer Excellence, Investments and Aftermarket Strategy. Close partnership with these leaders and their teams will be critical in addition to integration of the voice of the customer from R&C Customer Account Managers. In summary, this role will be critical to bridge internal teams to ensure achievement of bookings goals through customer marketing and advocacy initiatives. What You Will Do Establish a consistent cadence and battle rhythm to analyze customer budgets to communicate and drive action with the impacted R&C teams Maintain key customer messaging based upon environmental dynamics for incorporation into customer engagements Lead and coordinate efforts to increase creativity to drive Customer Intimacy from market insights within the established Customer Engagement Framework Partner with Communications and I&CE stakeholders to optimize Raytheon’s key customer marketing priorities Analyze customer budgets, data and market analysis to advise and direct Raytheon R&C SBUs on opportunity messaging and pipeline fidelity Track and report on domestic and international customer budgets Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations (GGR) at the Federal, State/Local on Public Policy in their advocation and development of new technologies and our solutions Domestic travel approximately 2-3 times a year for 2-3 days at a time Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 12 years prior market research, data analytics or strategy experience, or Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years’ experience 2+ years’ experience with CRM tools – Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce Experience operating in corporate matrixed organizations with 1000+ employees, influencing senior leaders across SBUs and functions 4+ years’ experience in financial and analytical roles including management of budgets, ROI measurement, KPI definition, and data-driven investment decisions 8+ years' experience leading teams – both direct reports and cross-functional project teams Qualifications We Prefer Raytheon product portfolio understanding Exceptional written and verbal communication and ability to influence indirectly What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
