The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team: Overview: We are seeking an Associate Director, Non-Product Strategic Sourcing - Contingent Labor (Remote) Category Manager to lead global Contingent Labor sourcing and supplier management initiatives. This role is responsible for the Raytheon BU level for Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) and Engineering lease labor and statement of work (SOW) services. The role focuses on internal business assessments, supplier engagement, execution of corporate sourcing strategies, issue resolution, and continuous supplier performance improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, industry knowledge, and the technical ability to drive data-informed decision-making and process improvements. What You Will Do: Lead the strategic sourcing process for nonproduct Contingent Labor OSC-led categories, including strategy development, market analysis, supplier negotiations, and implementation. Manage enterprise-wide contracts and supplier relationships for key commodity areas. Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights and best in class sourcing practices. Partner with business unit operations, engineering, and human resources to understand requirements and ensure cross-functional alignment. Lead supplier performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, sourcing governance, and risk management requirements. Support cost modeling, benchmarking, and should cost analysis to identify value opportunities. Oversee RFPs/RFQ's, contract lifecycle management, and negotiations in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders. Eligible candidates must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time. Qualifications You Must Have: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field and minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Contingent Labor or Professional Services category, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years relevant experience in Contingent Labor or Professional Services procurement category. Qualifications We Prefer Demonstrated success leading RFPs and negotiating large-scale Contingent Labor or Professional Services contracts, preferably in a multinational environment. Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a matrixed organization, influencing with and without direct authority. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
