The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team: Corp | ES Culture, OE & Change Lead Our Corporate and Enterprise Services (Corp | ES) HR team is seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to serve as Associate Director of Organizational Effectiveness, Culture, and Change. In this critical role, you’ll help shape the future of our organization by ensuring that structure, systems, and culture align with our strategic priorities. We’re looking for someone who brings expertise in organizational design and transformation, along with the ability to lead complex initiatives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enabling organizational flexibility while ensuring operational consistency. What You Will Do Support and advise on organizational transformation efforts, including restructures, operating model changes, and enterprise-wide design initiatives. Partner with senior HR and Business leaders to develop and implement OE strategies that enhance performance, adaptability, and long-term success. Coach and consult on the design and execution of enterprise-level change strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and sustainment planning. Drive consistent, scalable HR practices in project delivery, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Oversee high-impact initiatives with strong scope management, timelines, risk mitigation, and measurable outcomes. Enhance Corp|ES HR project management capabilities by developing tools, templates, and playbooks to support effective execution. Use organizational data to uncover root causes, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven, actionable solutions. Facilitate workshops and leadership sessions to build alignment, clarity, and team capability. Craft compelling business cases and change narratives to secure stakeholder alignment across all levels. Represent Corp/ES as an active member of RTX's extended Culture & Org Health team, supporting enterprise-wide efforts related to OE, change management, and culture. Champion continuous improvement by collaborating with centers of excellence and business partners to optimize HR systems and processes. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 10 years of experience in OE, OD, HR, or related fields. Prior experience in organizational effectiveness, transformation, and culture shaping. Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in large, matrixed environments. Prior experience designing and implementing scalable, consistent HR operations with measurable impact. Qualifications We Prefer Certification(s) in Prosci Change Management, Organizational Design, Project Management (e.g., PMP), Agile, or Executive Coaching. Demonstrated success leading organizational redesigns, enterprise change programs, or HR operational transformations. Experience integrating HR systems, tools, and analytics to inform decision-making and drive operational excellence. Business acumen with a strong understanding of the aerospace and defense industry. Ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed environment and at all levels of leadership. Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, executive communication, and facilitation skills. Adaptability in hybrid work environments, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach. Location This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
