We’re looking for a dynamic and inspirational Agile People Leader to join our transformation-minded organization and lead a team of high-performing Scrum Masters. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enabling the team’s growth, fostering a culture of servant leadership, and driving enterprise agility at scale using SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks. This is not just a delivery management role — it's about coaching Agile professionals, building communities of practice, removing organizational barriers, and influencing leadership to cultivate business agility across complex portfolio. What You Will Do: Team Leadership & Coaching Lead, coach, and develop a team of Scrum Masters across multiple agile release trains (ARTs), value streams, or delivery teams. Foster a psychologically safe environment that promotes experimentation, continuous learning, and high team performance. Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback loops, and career growth conversations to develop Scrum Masters into impactful servant-leaders. Agile Practice Leadership Experience as a subject matter expert in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban — guiding consistent application of best practices, ceremonies, metrics, and mindset. Build and evolve Agile communities of practice (CoPs), support agile maturity assessments, and mentor Scrum Masters through team-level and ART-level evolution. Collaborate with RTEs, Product Management, and Delivery Leaders to ensure cohesive delivery alignment and PI execution success. Enterprise Agility & Influence Champion Lean-Agile principles at all levels of the organization and support Agile transformation efforts across business and technology. Identify and remove systemic impediments, promote flow-based delivery models, and help leadership teams adopt Agile ways of working. Partner with Change, HR, and Learning & Development to craft agile career paths and skill development strategies. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience. Experience leading or coaching Scrum Masters across multiple teams or ARTs in a scaled Agile environment. Experience with practical application of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks Experience in enterprise environments navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and driving cultural change. Experience with conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills — you lead by example, not command. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience supporting Product Operating Model transitions, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), or Agile toolchains like Jira Align, Rally, Planview or SharpCloud. Background in coaching across business and IT; ability to influence at the Senior Executive level. SAFe certifications such as RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner or SPC. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and navigate conflict in order to deliver continuous value. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
