Raytheon Enterprise & Strategic Mission Systems (ESMS) is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Cost Schedule & Controls Analyst to join our finance team. This position is 100% remote supporting the Next Gen Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Program based out of our El Segundo, CA plant. This position will be responsible for finance related activities for the program including but not limited to Monthly Earned Value (EVMS) Reporting, report generation and distribution, Control Account Manager (CAM) support, and many ad hoc projects as required. Additionally, the position requires effective communication between the different areas of Finance, Program Management, Scheduling, Contracts, and Supply Chain Management. What You Will Do Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Provide Finance support in development of quarterly Estimate-At-Completes (EACs), monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) and Program Management Reviews (PMR) On-going communication with Program Managers, Scheduling, and IPTLs to help manage program cost and schedule Support the monthly EVMS update process using the APEX and PMX EV systems Coordinate and process budget change requests monthly Ensure customer financial deliverables are accurately completed and delivered on time Ensure program costs are collected correctly by maintaining active charge numbers and IOTs, monitoring actual charges, and processing transfers when appropriate Provide ad hoc reporting as requested. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Management, or other closely related field. This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships). U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements Qualifications We Prefer Analytical skills and the ability to become proficient with main-frame style business systems where vast amounts of data require mining and analysis. Ability to work alone and on teams in a results-oriented environment to develop solutions for complex problems that will gain desired outcomes. Relocation is not provided The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
