Cellphone Team Representative ? Remote About RTR Financial Services RTR Financial Services, Inc. has over 30 years of experience supporting healthcare organizations with innovative receivable management solutions. We?re looking for detail-oriented, reliable team members to join our Cellphone Team. Job Description As a Cellphone Team Representative, you will: Place calls using phone numbers obtained through our Lexis Nexis program Determine if phone numbers are valid, invalid, or unknown Leave a standard voicemail message when applicable Accurately record call results in our system Requirements Requirements Remote position with paid training Must have your own computer/laptop with working camera & microphone, headset, and stable internet connection Not compatible: Chromebooks, Macs running IOS 11.6 or lower, and laptops in S-Mode Recommended: an additional monitor for multitasking Punctuality is required Cellphone use limited to two 15-minute breaks and lunch Adherence to RTR policies and Employee Handbook Training & Schedule First 3 days: Monday?Wednesday, 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM EST Followed by one day of shadowing (9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM EST) Regular schedule determined after training, based on business needs and your availability Full-time and part-time opportunities available Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $16.50 per hour Benefits available after 90 days (for eligible full-time employees): Medical coverage through UnitedHealthcare Oxford Vision & Dental through Reliance Supplemental insurance through Allstate Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued weekly, up to 16 days annually 401(k) auto-enrollment at 3% with employer match (25? per $1, up to 4%) ? opt-out available Company-paid life insurance ($10,000 through Reliance), with optional supplemental coverage at employee cost Equal Opportunity Employer RTR Financial Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
