RTC Accounting provides specialized accounting and advisory services to the home inspection, wireless cellphone, aviation, and medical industries. We combine traditional bookkeeping with high-value advisory support. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant III to manage a diverse client portfolio and deliver Controller-level insights that help clients grow. This full-time role offers a hybrid work environment along with a comprehensive benefits package with a fast growing firm. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear, proactive communication. • Review financial statements and explain results in clear, client-friendly language. • Manage the accounting workload for a large and diverse client portfolio. • Deliver Controller-level advisory services and strategic consulting. • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, models, and reports. • Oversee cash management and treasury functions for clients. • Support client acquisition and retention, including occasional travel. • Utilize AI and technology to perform tasks efficiently Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online. • Ability to stay current with industry, market, and technology trends. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure. • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. • Independent worker who learns quickly and takes initiative. • Detail-oriented, dependable, and an effective communicator.
