Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative functions including email and phone communications, scheduling and coordinating meetings through Outlook, and maintaining efficient office operations. This role requires strong multitasking skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal staff, executives, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities • Preferred experience in an administrative support role • Manage and respond to emails and phone calls in a professional, timely manner • Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments and meetings • Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers • Prepare correspondence, documents, and presentations as needed • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Maintain contact lists • Book and coordinate travel arrangements and reservations • Review and coordinated household maintenance and checklists and communicate with housekeeping • Run errands, grocery and occasional gift shopping Skills • Proven experience as an administrative assistant • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular), Outlook, and G-Suite • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong digital and filing organizational skills • Required: High School degree • Required: Clean driving record Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: From $25.00 per hour Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred) • Office experience: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations
