Qualifications • Proven track record in sales, preferably in construction, paving, or related industries. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently. • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
