Position Overview: The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing product marketing strategies and tactics for the RQI Partners’ product portfolio with a primary focus on driving new customer acqusition, customer renewals and account expansions. This role supports the Director, Product Marketing in developing product positioning, conducting market research, and executing campaigns that drive retention and growth within existing hospital and healthcare system accounts in the U.S. market. The Product Marketing Manager works closely with ABM, Community & Loyalty, Product Management, Sales, Alliance Marketing Operations, and external partners to ensure successful initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and increase product adoption. Leveraging data and insights, this role contributes to marketing programs that increase new sales, shape how prospective customers view RQI Partners' products, improve renewal rates, expand product usage, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Position Holder is Accountable For: • Product Marketing Execution: Develop and implement product marketing plans and campaigns based on value propositions and market research for assigned products, including supporting pricing recommendations. • Market and Customer Research: Conduct ongoing research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. • Go-to-Market Initiatives: Collaborate with Product Management and Development to support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and promotional activities for U.S. markets. • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and launches using core metrics; provide recommendations for optimization. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product management, research, development) and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives. • Brand Equity and Compliance: Ensure brand consistency and compliance with RQI Partners’ standards and partner organizations’ guidelines. • Customer Engagement: Support efforts to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and overall perception of RQI Partners’ products. Required Skills & Competencies • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or product management, preferably with multiple products. • Demonstrated ability to execute innovative product marketing plans, including segmentation by customer type. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • Experience working with market research firms and leveraging internal data for actionable insights. • Familiarity with sales cycles, product life cycles, and product management processes. • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) to support product marketing processes. • Healthcare, medical device, or hospital marketing experience strongly preferred. The estimated annual base salary for this position is $85,000 to 90,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
