Join us and start your extraordinary journey today. Position Summary The Vice President of Client Services plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion for the company. This leadership position is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, forging key client relationships, partnering with regional operations team and driving revenue growth through new business initiatives. The role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the industry, affordable housing, exceptional strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills. This role will specifically focus on the development and expansion of our national Affordable Housing division. Responsibilities • Help lead region in achieving growth targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Foster a culture of sales excellence and customer satisfaction.• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or merger opportunities that complement the company's growth strategy.• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.• Maintain current client relationships and identifying areas for potential clients in prospective region.• Collaborate with Operations and Support Teams to ensure requirements are met in various stages of the new business process. Market research, Underwriting, RFP and Pitch Process.• Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.• Partner with EVP and President of Client Services to work towards set regional growth goals. Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. Experience may substitute for education. • 10 years of proven Sales and/or Operational Experience, including a minimum of five years in a leadership role. • Knowledge of regional market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth drivers relevant to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.• Knowledge of financial modeling, underwriting concepts, and key financial metrics used to assess business opportunities and investment decisions.• Skilled communication and presentation, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.• Skilled in analyzing revenue projections, pricing models, and return on investment to support informed growth decisions.• Ability to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines.• Ability to use organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.• Ability to work proactively and remain organized while effectively managing responsibilities in fast-paced, stressful, and uncertain environments.• Ability to demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.• Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and make data-driven decisions.• Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex negotiations while maintaining positive long-term relationships. Qualifications Physical Requirements: • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.• Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data.• Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer.• May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds.• Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment. Work Environment: • This role is open to remote or hybrid, requiring frequent travel as needed based on client need and managers’ discretion.• The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.• Overnight travel required monthly to establish and maintain business relationships.
