Position Summary This position primarily oversees the processes and the Team responsible for the system implementation, data quality assurance, support, post property onboarding services, conversion vendor management, and process improvement for all requirements pertaining to new property onboarding (takeovers) and dispositions. Because of the scope of the role, this position is the primary oversight and/or liaison to the business leadership for the Accounting, Client Services, and Property Operations departments. Success in this role requires strong technical, application, Team management, communication, documentation, organization, innovation, and cross-departmental partnering skills. Responsibilities Property Onboarding (Takeovers): Application Lead for all Yardi property onboarding project management, internal meetings, and quality assurance. In areas where this role is not directly responsible for onboarding tasks in the application implementation, the role will provide a QA role to ensure all critical tasks are completed for the property to seamlessly Go Live. Application Lead for all data conversions to Yardi. Goal: All static data conversion tasks to be completed internally. This role will evaluate how to complete this and is authorized to contract a third-party resource as needed to ensure Go Live timelines are met. Goal: All dynamic data conversions to be completed internally. Pending either a new hire for an Application Analyst or the ability to assign to this role where bandwidth allows, this role is authorized to contract a third-party resource as needed to ensure Go Live timelines are met. Application Lead to configure and ensure all third-party integrations are set up and tested. Application Lead to ensure that all changes to property lists, report scheduling, task scheduling, attributes, other are updated.i.Maintain internal task list of onboarding responsibilities Implement and maintain task list in third party software for build of current RPM software support stack to provide high level visibility. Maintaining redundancies in staffing. Implement and maintain an audit process for onboarding tasks. Property Dispositions: Application Lead for all Yardi disposition project management, internal meetings, and quality assurance. Application Lead for all task relating to the deactivation of Yardi on property, property lists, integration, other setup. This excludes all task relating to user and website setup. Application Lead for all communication on system deactivation. Maintain internal task list of disposition responsibilities Implement and maintain task list in third party software for build of current RPM software support stack to provide high level visibility. Maintaining redundancies in staffing. Implement and maintain an audit process for disposition tasks. Yardi Integrations – Implementation, Support: Ongoing – setup in Yardi and integration support of required application integrations to Yardi. Product end user support will be assigned directly to the vendor and/or other RPM departments. This includes but is not limited to integration requirements below: Renter’s Insurance Package Management General Ledger Integrations Marketing/ILS Integrations Collection Agencies Utility Billing Services Other Vendor Management: Primary application management contact for key vendors to include Yardi, ClickPay, site third-party integrations as assigned. This role is the ambassador on behalf or RPM to the vendors and the advocate ensuring vendor performance and RPM interests. Responsible for documentation in a central tool/location all active interface vendors, general description of requirements for the interface setup, contacts, etc. The contact documentation should provide a reference to easily communicate with vendor(s) as needed for global communication. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel Able to consistently meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and organize personnel efficiently Qualifications Physical Requirements: May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment Work Environment: This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
