Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven Director of Partnerships to fuel new business growth through high-volume outbound activity, disciplined pipeline management, and consultative selling. This role is for a proven healthcare sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for generating meetings, running discovery calls and demos, and advancing opportunities with senior healthcare executives. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (80+ calls per day) Book and run discovery calls and product demos Engage C-suite and senior leaders at health systems and large practices Build and manage pipeline in HubSpot Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic accounts Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets Represent RPM Healthcare with professionalism and credibility Qualifications 5+ years of healthcare sales experience (required) Experience selling healthcare technology, SaaS, or services (preferred) Comfortable with high-volume calling and outbound prospecting Highly polished communicator (phone, video, and email) Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot experience preferred) Fearless in engaging executive-level decision makers Compensation Base Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 Commission & Bonus: Uncapped, based on closed business Required Voicemail Exercise All applicants must complete the following step: Call (727) 513-3400 and leave a short voicemail including: Your name Your current location Why we should hire you (no scripts, be authentic) Applications without a completed voicemail will not be considered.
