Conformal Coat Operator Location: Richardson, Texas Pay Rate: $19.00–$23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday Position Type: Temp-to-Perm ITAR Facility – U.S. Citizenship Required Job Summary The Conformal Coat Operator is responsible for applying conformal coating to circuit boards according to customer specifications. This role involves operating automated coating equipment, performing hand spray applications, masking, staking components, and ensuring all quality requirements are met. Attention to detail is critical to ensure that only specified areas are coated and all masked areas remain free of coating. Responsibilities • Apply conformal coating to printed circuit boards (PCBAs) based on customer specifications • Mask designated areas of the board to prevent coating (Kapton tape, masking tape, etc.) • Operate automated coating machines as well as perform hand-spray coating • Inspect boards to ensure correct and complete coverage in required areas • Perform proper staking of components as needed • Remove tape and verify masking accuracy • Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production processes • Wear a respirator when spraying (PPE provided) Qualifications • High attention to detail • High School Diploma or GED • Experience in detailed, hands-on work (crafting, assembly, or similar) • Ability to cut masking or Kapton tape using sharp blades • Ability to use tweezers and fine-handling tools • Not sensitive to chemical smells • Must be willing and able to wear a respirator • U.S. Citizenship required (ITAR-regulated facility) Company DescriptionRPC Staffing was founded in 2002 as a firm that combines a hands-on approach with industry expertise and national reach.
