Royal Caribbean Group’s Marketing Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Account Executive in Trade Marketing reporting to the Director, Trade Marketing and National Accounts. This position will be working onsite from Miami. Position Summary: The Account Executive in Trade Marketing supports the production of marketing collateral and trade media for the travel agent channel. This role supports a handful of travel agency accounts and the execution of marketing plans. This position also coordinates the creation of trade collateral, trade media assets, updates calendars, produces presentations and supports the coordination and activation of trade shows. The Account Executive ensures that all brand messaging is accurate and consistent across marketing materials, maintains the project management tool up and travel agent leads file updated. This position works closely with Trade Sales, and Revenue Management teams as well as other stakeholders within Marketing at Silversea. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Executing established marketing plans for several Strategic Partners. This includes and is not limited to providing content to travel agencies via online forms, and /or email. Coordinates the creation of landing pages, direct mails, emails, social media posts, flyers, etc…for travel agencies and this includes B2C and B2B marketing. • Communicates global brand campaigns, launches and promotions to Strategic Partners and ensures agency is ready to activate. Participates in weekly and monthly calls with accounts, takes summary notes and follows through on delivery of content based on deadlines established. • Supports the production of all trade media plans and works with internal creative team or trade publication to execution trade media plans in North America with top trade publications. This includes creation of ads, emails and supporting any updates to the media calendar and budget control document. • Creates and updates PowerPoint presentations for external and internal use following established brand toolkits. Ensure presentations are brand-needed. Maintain consistency in copy and imagery across all marketing programs—online and offline. • Updates the marketing planning tool (Wrike) to ensure all projects are properly recorded and accounted for with due dates, cost, reach. Maintains tool updated to ensure reports are accurate. Follows through established Wrike workflows and involves other team members as needed for flawless execution. Ensure that all final assets are properly filed and shared with global markets. • Creates briefs to produce marketing assets as required by the business which includes but not limited to flyers, brochures, and postcards. • Creates bi-weekly Sales Newsletters and works closely with sales leaders to ensure any marketing collateral that is required to be developed to support travel agency accounts is planned and developed. • Provides support as needed to execute trade events such as Virtuoso Travel Week, Signature conferences, CLIA Cruise 360, among others. Works closely with other team members within RCG to ensure flawless execution. • Leverages marketing, analytics, and sales operations to drive marketing plans to fruition to help exceed sales and revenue targets. • Perform other job-related functions as assigned by leadership. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and/or sales experience. • 2-5 years of corporate experience in Marketing, Sales, or Consumer Marketing, ideally within the travel industry, cruise experience preferred. • Solid understanding of marketing operations and production across various mediums (digital, social, print, etc.). • Creative thinker with the ability to anticipate partner needs and adapt strategies accordingly. • Proactive, results-driven, and solutions-oriented—always looking for ways to improve and get things done. • Highly organized with excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills to meet deadlines. • Strong communication and writing skills, confident in presenting ideas and marketing concepts effectively. • Able to collaborate effectively across teams using various communication methods. • Capable of handling multiple projects and adapting quickly to changing marketplace conditions. • High accountability with a strong capacity and energy to accomplish a lot in a day. • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to act proactively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in the cruise industry or at a creative agency is a plus.
