Job Description What is the opportunity? This role is part of the Cards & Loyalty Team in Personal Banking, reporting to the Director, Business Management and Transformation. This position plays a pivotal role in driving business impact and engagement across the portfolio by aligning strategy, execution, and cultural excellence. What will you do? Shape Priorities & Drive Focus • Prioritize critical initiatives and filter focus onto high-value work. • Manage Business Management financial oversight, planning, and prioritization. • Provide high-quality insights, advice, and structure to enable timely, informed decision-making while anticipating and mitigating risks. Run the Operating Rhythm • Ensure clarity on the objective/North Star and individual roles in achieving it. • Navigate complexity, reduce friction, and create momentum across the matrixed organization. • Support the team in managing organizational change effectively. Connect Strategy to Execution • Make progress and blockers visible to drive accountability and momentum. • Ensure business-driven initiatives/projects are properly funded, staffed, and delivered on time. Champion a Thriving Team Culture • Foster recognition, inclusion, and team engagement. • Oversee and actively contribute to Employee Engagement Committee efforts to drive effective results and strengthen team culture. What do you need to succeed? Must have: • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to deliver impact in complex, ambiguous environments; highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize shifting demands. • Strong critical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources and solve complex problems. • Understanding of financial product business drivers, paired with financial and data analysis skills for reporting • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership and partners. Nice to have: • Previous experience with Cards and Loyalty products, technology and operations, digital project delivery, agile • Proficient with Planview and MIS • Intermediate to advanced analytical skills leveraging tools such as Power BI, Tableau • Project Management Profession (PMP) Certification What’s in it for you?
