Job Description What is the Opportunity? RBC offers an exciting role as a Director, Process Innovation and Strategy Delivery. In this role you will develop and execute cross-functional innovation strategies within HR Operations, driving process improvements, and digital transformation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. What will you do? • Develop and implement comprehensive forward-looking strategies for HR Operations, aligning with department goals and executive directions. • Provide expert consultation through structured problem-solving methodologies while integrating market-leading innovation ideas to enhance long-term efficiency and sustainability. • Lead a team of process engineers to design and implement innovative processes and routines to improve HR Operations, ensuring seamless execution and planning. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to inform prioritization of HR Operations initiatives against strategic alignment, maximum impact, and delivery requirements. What do you need to succeed? Must have: • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive innovation strategies that align with organizational goals. • Leadership: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements. • Proven track record of driving innovation and process improvements in a large organization. • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with external stakeholders and senior leadership. • Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate innovation strategies and plans to senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners. • Storytelling: Ability to craft and deliver compelling stories that illustrate the value and impact of innovation initiatives. • Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct benefit realization analysis and measure the success of change initiatives. • Customer-Centricity: Understanding of customer engagement channels and strategies to drive self-serve adoption. • Change Management: Experience in managing and implementing change initiatives to improve operational efficiency. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR systems, processes, and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
