You will collaborate closely with the Lead Software Engineer and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support scalable web applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain robust back-end services and APIs. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and reliability. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. - You will support deployment and monitor production systems to ensure uptime and responsiveness. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements into our software. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of professional experience in back-end software development. - You are proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - You have experience with web frameworks and RESTful API design. - You understand database design and have hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in an Agile development environment and collaborating with remote teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, or Angular. - Prior experience in logistics or route optimization software development.
