You will collaborate closely with the Lead Software Engineer and cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support our route optimization platform. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. - You will support deployment and monitor system performance in production environments. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into our software stack. What You Bring: - 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. - Experience with RESTful API design and development. - Strong understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with route optimization or logistics software. - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Exposure to Agile development methodologies. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
