You will collaborate closely with the Lead Software Engineer and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet customer needs. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain web applications focused on route optimization. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions. - You will participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. - You will mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive. What You Bring: - 5+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular. - Experience with backend development using languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in route optimization or logistics software development. - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities.
