You will collaborate closely with the Lead Software Engineer and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet customer needs. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain web applications focused on route optimization. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software to improve performance and reliability. - You will participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive. - You will assist in the deployment and support of software releases. What You Bring: - 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in web application development. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java. - Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
