You will collaborate closely with the Lead Software Engineer and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications focused on route optimization. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software to enhance performance and reliability. - You will participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. - You will mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive. What You Bring: - 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably with a focus on web applications. - Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and experience with frameworks like React or Angular. - Strong understanding of backend technologies, RESTful APIs, and database management. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle, version control (Git), and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in route optimization or logistics software development. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. - Background in data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
