You will collaborate closely with the Lead Software Engineer and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will design, code, and support various web applications focused on route optimization. - You will collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions. - You will participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices. - You will troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. - You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in web applications. - You are proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java. - You have experience with web frameworks and RESTful API design. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with route optimization or logistics software. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience working in Agile development environments.
