Full Description

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Sales Associate who is ready to perform from day one. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in sales who understands customer service, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience & Skills: • Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, retail, or commission-based sales • Demonstrated ability to close deals independently • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone • Confidence in guiding customers through the entire sales process, from greeting to delivery • Ability to handle objections professionally and ethically • Experience following up with leads via phone, text, and email • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach • Comfortable working toward and exceeding sales goals • Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn dealership software and CRM systems Professional Expectations: • Self-motivated, dependable, and disciplined with time management • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times • Ability to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible schedule • Strong work ethic with a desire to grow within the company • Team-oriented mindset while still capable of working independently Preferred Qualifications: • Previous automotive dealership experience • Knowledge of financing basics and vehicle trade-in processes • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record At Route 66 Motor, we value experience, integrity, and drive.
