Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for secure store openings, closings, and facility safety. • Optimize the Front End experience by managing queue times and ensuring a friendly, efficient checkout process. • Coordinate the flow of goods from the delivery truck to the sales floor, ensuring items are processed and priced correctly. • Uphold company-wide standards for loss prevention and workplace safety to minimize risk and protect inventory. • Oversee the organization and cleanliness of backrooms and fitting rooms to facilitate a pleasant shopping environment. • Manage essential administrative functions, including the creation of associate schedules and oversight of payroll accuracy. • Provide hands-on mentorship to the staff, delivering constructive feedback to improve individual performance and store morale. • Execute visual merchandising directives and seasonal floor sets to ensure the store reflects current brand guidelines.
