In this role, you aren’t just overseeing a store; you are leading the "treasure hunt" experience that our customers love. We need a dynamic leader who can bridge the gap between high-level operational strategy and the day-to-day energy of the sales floor. If you are passionate about building inclusive teams, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied, this leadership position offers the perfect platform to make a tangible impact. Qualifications: • Demonstrated leadership experience in a customer-facing environment with a focus on coaching diverse teams. • Clear, professional communication skills with full fluency in English. • Tech-savvy enough to navigate modern retail systems, handheld scanners, and POS terminals. • Practical knowledge of retail mathematics, essential for managing inventory data and cash office precision. • A flexible schedule that allows for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage to meet peak business demands. • The physical capability to stay on the move, including tasks like stocking, organizing, and standing for full shifts. Benefits: • Stability: Build your career with a thriving Fortune 500 company known for its consistent growth. • Development: Structured training paths designed to prepare you for your next promotion. • Culture: A supportive team environment where collaboration is the key to overcoming challenges. • Belonging: A deeply rooted commitment to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion in every branch of our business. • Community: The chance to represent a brand that actively gives back to the local neighborhoods it serves. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for secure store openings, closings, and overall facility safety. • Optimize Front End flow to minimize wait times and maximize the quality of customer interactions. • Manage the entire inventory pipeline, ensuring everything from the morning truck delivery to the final clearance markdown is handled efficiently. • Uphold rigorous loss prevention standards to safeguard the store’s physical and financial assets. • Maintain high visual standards in fitting rooms and stock areas to provide a seamless, organized shopping trip for guests. • Oversee critical back-office functions, including staff scheduling, payroll accuracy, and secure cash handling. • Provide active, on-the-floor mentorship to associates, offering the guidance needed to meet brand expectations and productivity goals. • Coordinate floor transitions and promotional displays to ensure the store reflects current corporate marketing strategies.
