Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for secure store openings, closings, and overall facility safety. • Optimize Front End flow to minimize wait times and maximize the quality of customer interactions. • Manage the entire inventory pipeline, ensuring everything from the morning truck delivery to the final clearance markdown is handled efficiently. • Uphold rigorous loss prevention standards to safeguard the store’s physical and financial assets. • Maintain high visual standards in fitting rooms and stock areas to provide a seamless, organized shopping trip for guests. • Oversee critical back-office functions, including staff scheduling, payroll accuracy, and secure cash handling. • Provide active, on-the-floor mentorship to associates, offering the guidance needed to meet brand expectations and productivity goals. • Coordinate floor transitions and promotional displays to ensure the store reflects current corporate marketing strategies.
