We are currently seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the pulse of the store, serving as a designated Manager on Duty. You'll blend sharp administrative oversight with an active presence on the sales floor to ensure our high standards of operational excellence are met every single day. Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; must be fully fluent in English. • A background in supervisory roles or leadership within a high-volume customer service setting is preferred. • Tech-savvy enough to navigate modern retail hardware, POS systems, and essential office software. • Proficient in practical retail mathematics for handling cash reconciliation and inventory tracking. • A flexible schedule that allows for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts to meet business demands. • Ability to stay on your feet for long periods, move through various store zones, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed. Responsibilities: • Manage store opening and closing protocols, ensuring the building is locked and all systems are operational. • Act as a primary lead for safety, including alarm testing, entrance monitoring, and emergency response coordination. • Provide hands-on direction to the associate team, managing shift breaks and offering live feedback on performance. • Oversee the logistics of new merchandise, ensuring items move quickly from the backroom to the floor with correct pricing and tags. • Optimize the checkout process by managing register flow and assisting customers to keep lines moving efficiently. • Execute critical back-office tasks such as processing payroll data, conducting bank deposits, and auditing daily financial records. • Protect company assets by enforcing loss prevention strategies and conducting regular floor audits. • Ensure the store remains clean and organized, with a specific focus on maintaining tidy fitting rooms and a professional floor appearance.
