Description: As a Field Market Manager means becoming a driving force behind our "Treasure Hunt" shopping experience. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between high-level operational strategy and the daily energy of the sales floor. We need a versatile leader who can pivot from analyzing store metrics to mentoring associates in real-time, all while ensuring our customers find incredible value in a safe and organized environment. Qualifications: • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles with a demonstrated track record of leading and developing diverse teams. • Articulate communication skills with total fluency in English to effectively interact with staff and patrons. • Tech-savvy mindset, specifically with modern retail tools, inventory management hardware, and POS software. • Competency in retail mathematics, necessary for managing cash office integrity and interpreting performance data. • A flexible schedule that accommodates the retail cycle, including nights, weekends, and peak holiday periods. • The physical capability to stay mobile throughout the day, including the ability to handle merchandise and maintain floor standards. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary leader on duty, managing facility security and the daily opening/closing procedures. • Optimize Front End flow to minimize wait times and maximize the quality of every customer interaction. • Oversee the entire logistics chain within the store, from receiving shipments to final floor placement and price adjustments. • Strictly implement and monitor loss prevention and safety standards to safeguard people and products. • Maintain impeccable housekeeping and organization in stockrooms and fitting rooms to facilitate a seamless shopping trip. • Execute essential office functions, including staff scheduling, payroll processing, and secure cash handling. • Provide active, on-the-floor coaching to help associates reach their full potential and hit productivity targets. • Coordinate visual merchandising projects and marketing signage to stay aligned with corporate aesthetic goals.
