About the Role We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys organized work, pays close attention to details, and takes pride in getting things right. You’ll be responsible for keeping information accurate, organized, and up to date. Your work will help different teams access the information they need and keep everyday operations running smoothly. If you’re comfortable working independently, enjoy staying organized, and understand the importance of accuracy, we’d be happy to hear from you. What You’ll Do - Enter and update information accurately in company databases and systems. - Review data and records to identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information. - Organize digital documents and maintain clear, easy-to-use records. - Check completed work for accuracy before submitting or updating records. - Research information when clarification or additional details are needed. - Work with team members to resolve data discrepancies and keep records current. - Prepare basic reports and retrieve information when requested. - Handle company information responsibly and maintain confidentiality. - Provide general administrative support when needed. What We’re Looking For - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Comfortable using computers and learning new software or databases. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar applications. - Ability to work independently and stay focused on routine tasks. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Dependable, responsible, and willing to ask questions when something is unclear. - Previous data entry or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
