Responsibilities: • Maintain a Secure Environment: Take charge of the store’s safety culture by conducting regular inspections, managing alarm protocols, and ensuring a safe space for both staff and shoppers. • Lead Daily Workflows: Oversee the seamless transition of store openings and closings, including the management of secure cash handling and armored car pickups. • Direct Team Supervision: Orchestrate the daily activities of retail associates, coordinating breaks and providing on-the-spot feedback to keep the team focused and productive. • Drive Merchandising Standards: Supervise the unloading and processing of new inventory, ensuring the floor is organized, sized, and properly signed according to brand guidelines. • Elevate the Customer Experience: Keep the front-end running efficiently to minimize wait times and ensure departments like fitting rooms remain clean and inviting. • Asset Protection: Minimize shrink by staying visible on the sales floor, monitoring high-risk areas, and following all loss prevention audit procedures. • Operational Admin: Stay on top of essential paperwork, including managing employee timecards, punch corrections, and daily banking deposits.
