Responsibilities: • Serve as the Manager on Duty, taking full accountability for store opening/closing procedures and overall building security. • Lead and mentor Retail Associates, managing break schedules and providing real-time coaching to ensure top-tier service. • Maintain a safe shopping environment by proactively identifying hazards, testing alarm systems, and overseeing secure entry/exit protocols. • Oversee the Front End operations, managing customer flow and line speeds to ensure a friendly and efficient checkout experience. • Direct merchandising efforts, including truck processing, markdown execution, and ensuring all departments meet visual presentation standards. • Execute Loss Prevention strategies by maintaining a strong floor presence and ensuring all company policies regarding cash and inventory are strictly followed. • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, punch edits, and bank deposit preparation with high attention to detail. • Monitor the condition of fitting rooms and stockrooms, ensuring they remain organized, clean, and compliant with company safety standards.
