Location: Onsite/In-Person at our Cranston, RI Headquarters Training: Mandatory paid training from Monday, October 20th to Friday, October 24th Hours: 9AM – 5PM A Day in the Life: • Handle inbound sales calls from customers shopping for fine jewelry. (approx. 40 per day) • Provide product information and guide customers through their purchasing decisions. • Process orders and update customer account information. • Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend additional products. • Stay informed about current promotions, product launches, and inventory. • Navigate and assist customers with our website, ross-simons.com • Meet or exceed individual and team goals and performance metrics. What We’re Looking for: • At least 1 year of experience in a sales-focused call center or similar environment. • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. • A passion for sales and a drive to exceed goals. • Interest in jewelry is highly recommended. • Self-motivated, dependable, and goal oriented. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Open to feedback and eager to learn and grow.
