Location: Clifton, NJ (Hybrid — 2–3 days in-office per week) Compensation: $90,000–$125,000 (commensurate with experience) Rosenblum Law, one of New York and New Jersey’s fastest-growing and most innovative law firms, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to help lead and scale our firm’s marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing & Strategy, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, blends creativity with data-driven strategy, and wants to make a measurable impact on a respected and growing legal brand. Key Responsibilities • Social Media Growth: Lead and execute strategies to grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube — both organically and through paid campaigns. • Content Oversight: Manage internal and external content creators, freelancers, and agencies to produce high-performing posts, videos, and graphics aligned with firm branding. • Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns from concept through execution, tracking KPIs and optimizing performance across multiple platforms. • Email Marketing: Support ongoing email content creation, segmentation, and automation efforts using tools like ActiveCampaign. • Agency Collaboration: Work directly with media buyers, creative teams, and digital agencies to ensure alignment and consistency across all paid ad initiatives. • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor marketing associates and interns, ensuring all deliverables meet brand and performance standards. • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and present campaign results with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Requirements • Proven success in building and growing social media accounts (either personally or professionally). • Hands-on experience managing or coordinating paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads. • Fluency in modern marketing tools — including social schedulers, analytics dashboards, CRMs, and automation platforms. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. • Passion for storytelling, branding, and staying on top of digital marketing trends. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
