Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator/Office Manager Department: Sales Reports to: CEO and CRO FLSA Status: Exempt Summary This position assists the executive team stay organized as well as representing Rose Roofing & Restoration professionally and compassionately to our internal and external customers. The role combines inward-facing and outward-facing duties without a dull moment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • This is not an inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. Customer service and problem resolution for clients: take the initiative on all jobs with problems/issues to coordinate and drive to solutions. Directly liaison with the team and the client to bring solutions to a successful conclusion quickly Run the trouble ticket meeting and ensure that the CRMs, AR team, and Ops team are being extremely timely in response to problems Own the timely resolution of all job site issues, even if it means coordinating with other team members. You will be the point person with the client and with the team for resolution Ensure documentation in Acculynx of all problem issues with thoughtful notes, document uploads, photos, etc. Perform site visits occasionally, if relevant, to talk with clients and de-escalate problems Manage inspection dispatches to the sales team for homeowners who call in In office daily 9-5 Stock kitchen and keep tidy Check mail and distribute Answer phones from 9-5 and check voicemails Source and purchase office supplies Other office duties as assigned Coordinate shipping boxes Education And/or Experience Strong understanding of post-sale processes Excellent organizational and time management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Not required.
